Staff was not polite - Hi I redeemed this voucher on the store and the store official refused to give me the product on the ground that "his magicpin was not working so he can't confirm my payment status". I asked him to refund my money in cash,he refused to do it and he said I can't give you the products either, contact magicpin. He also misbehaved with me. What kind of behavior is this? I want you to refund my money for this voucher right now.
