I recently dined at Uraki and was pleasantly surprised by the abundance of vegan options on their menu. The steamed vegetables were especially good and showed off the freshness of the produce. I appreciate a restaurant that caters to plant-based eaters like myself, and I must say Uraki hit the mark. I loved how the flavours of the vegetables were allowed to shine through without being masked by heavy sauces or seasoning. I recently tried out Mohinga The Taste of Myanmar and I must say, their desserts and sweets are to die for!
