It is one of the worst dine in experience with Sagar Ratna Krishna Nagar outlet. The worst experience started with waiting for 25 mins after placing the order to get served. After multiple follow-ups, they served two masala dosas, which we ordered, and then we tasted we found there was no salt in masala, mixed excess water in chutney, and tasteless sambhar. Really regretting the decision made for dine in here. One week before i cicisted their cyber hub branch, it was fantastic. However, here is the completely opposite experience. And when you would provide them candid feedback, they react like nothing happened. Please avoid going here.
