-Coffee: 15G
-Water: 240G
- Grind size: 18 clicks on C2, 6.6 on K Ultra
- Temperature: 93°C
- Ratio: 1:16
- First pour: 60g (Bloom for 45 seconds)
- Second pour: 100g
- Third pour: 80g (Agitate after the third pour)

Let it draw down, swirl, and pour into your favorite cup. Enjoy!
