I recently tried Madras Cafe for the first time and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The Dal Vada Sambar was simply amazing, with the perfect balance of flavors and a delicious sambar on the side. The restaurant had a great ambiance and friendly staff. But the real star of the show was the sushi - it was incredibly fresh and the variety of options was impressive.
