I recently visited Ginger Monkey and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of vegan options on their menu. I highly recommend the regular noodles - they were cooked to perfection and the flavors were spot on. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, it can be challenging to find delicious vegan dishes at restaurants, but Ginger Monkey definitely delivers. I appreciate that they prioritize offering vegan options and I will definitely be coming back for more. This is a must-try spot for any vegan food lover!

I had the Penne Alfredo Mushroom Pasta at Ginger Monkey and it was delicious! The pasta was cooked beautifully and the Alfredo sauce had the perfect amount of creaminess. The mushrooms completed the dish with an extra earthy flavor. Highly recommend!
