Mug Pizza for that lazy Sunday dinner! ??
Recipe:
• Slice your bread into small squares
• Mix in your choice of veggies, I’ve taken capsicum, onion, tomato, sweet corn and some spring onion greens
• Add pizza sauce or tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce
• Season with salt, pepper, oregano & chilli flakes
• Layer the mix in a mug with alternating layers of mozzarella cheese
• Microwave for 3-4 mins and enjoy!
