Holi is around the corner and the best part of Holi is that we get to have yummy ghujjias.โฃ๏ธ Ghujia is a sweet, fried, refined-flour dumpling that is stuffed with khoya, jaggery, dry fruits, etc.
Got my eyes on Shortcrustโs Baked Ghujia ๐ Priced at โน350/- for around half a kg, the ghujia is very delicious. ๐ Itโs not fried like the ones available in sweet shops, and hence, are much more good for health than those. Pictured here is the Ajwain Fans, that is my familyโs favourite tea time companion, but these were a bit extra salty, so wonโt recommend buying these fans from here. ๐

This cute little outlet near my house serves one of the best pastries Iโve ever had. My personal favourite is their #chocobliss. Being a chocolate lover, this pastry acts as heaven for me, tastes like delicious chocolate all whipped over to line a cake for which they forgot the spongy base. ๐ Really delicious at โน90. Itโs a must try here! Also this place serves a lot of other bakery items like cookies, breads etc. at discounts.

Tried another pastry - Soft truffle. โฃ๏ธ It tasted so delicious that I clicked the picture after eating half of it ๐คฃ. Fluffed and whipped sweet chocolate that is obviously eggless, because it doesnโt have any bread base. ๐ฅ Shortcrust has never dissappointed me, wether its biscuits, cookies, pastries anything! โค๏ธ
