I recently had the pleasure of trying Veg Gulati's Amritsari Chhole. Although not a traditional Indian dish, it was bursting with flavor. The chana masala was cooked to perfection with the subtle aromas of garam masala. The combination of the onion, garlic, and tomato gravy added a burst of flavor. The chickpeas were cooked to perfection and the addition of sautéed onions and ginger gave the dish a unique flavor. Overall, a delightful and flavorful
