I recently visited Dana Paani and was pleasantly surprised by their gluten-free options. The Mushroom Tikka dish was absolutely delicious and I was impressed by the fact that it was gluten-free. The restaurant also had a good understanding of cross-contamination and took necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their gluten-free dishes.
