Rider was Rude, arrogant & refused to deliver the food in upper ground floor, Dear Dominos & Magicpin pls understand that upper ground floor have nearly 8-10 steps, & your rider was arrogantly refused & after a difficult conversation with him he somehow agreed to deliver. & he nearly missed to deliver the veg parcel, he was in so hurry l, he didn't even checked that veg parcel was yet to be delivered
