I recently tried the Kodo Millet Salad at Fig and Maple and it was absolutely delicious! The blend of flavors and textures in this dish made it a standout. The sushi was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also lovely, with a cozy and welcoming vibe.
