I recently visited Cake Spoon and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Paleo diet options. As someone who follows this lifestyle, it was great to see that I had a variety of choices. I decided to try their Mixed Sauce Pasta and it was absolutely delicious. The sauce was flavorful and the pasta was cooked perfectly. As a Keto dieter, I was excited to find out that Cake & Bake offers Keto options. I tried their Veg Corn Sandwich and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The filling was flavourful and the bread had a great texture. I love that I can find Keto-friendly options at this bakery. I highly recommend trying their Veg Corn Sandwich if you're following a Keto diet. Keep up the good work, Cake & Bake!
