I've always been happy with the cuts and colors and have tried several stylists. Recently one of their stylists did a marvelous job on my color but totally messed up my haircut. I called the manager and explained the situation. Their customer service is unparalleled- she offered to have the salon owner/celebrity stylist fix my hair. She not only fixed the cut beautifully, she refreshed my balayage, touched up my roots
