I recently tried the gluten-free Chicken Seekh Roll at Spice Of India & Company and it was absolutely delicious! The tender chicken was perfectly spiced and the gluten-free wrap was soft and flavorful. As someone with dietary restrictions, I appreciate having more options at restaurants and this dish did not disappoint.
