I recently tried out Bake In Perfection and I must say, their Pineapple Cake is top-notch! The cake was incredibly moist and had a perfect balance of sweetness. The pineapple chunks added a nice tanginess to each bite. I also appreciate that the cake was not overly sweet like some pineapple cakes can be.
