I recently tried the Cheese Onion Uttapaa at Neelkanth Sweets & Dry Fruits and I must say, it was really good. The amount of cheese was perfect and the onions added a nice crunch to the dish. The flavors blended well together and the uttapaa was cooked to perfection. I also recommend trying their variety of sweets and dry fruits, as they are equally delicious. Overall, I had a great experience at this restaurant and I would definitely order from them again.

Ordered 100g Pista Barfi and 100g Malai Kesar Peda. Got 5 pieces each fowlr weight 100g . It seems quantity not correct as per 100g seeing size of each piece.

Neelkanth Sweets & Dry Fruits is a great place to have a delicious lunch! Particularly the Paneer Chole Bhature is exceptionally good and comes with 2 bhature - just perfect for a savory snack. Highly recommended.

Diwali is all about indulging in delicious sweets, and this Gulab Jamun Churro Sandwich is a Diwali dessert dream come true❤️?? Creamy @kwalitywalls’s Gulab Jamun ice cream sandwiched between crispy churros, each bite of this delight is the perfect blend of festive flavours and guarantees sweetest celebrations ??✨

Churro Ice Cream Sandwich Recipe ?✨

Ingredients:
✨2 cups water
✨3 tbsp butter
✨2 tbsp sugar
✨Pinch of salt
✨2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
✨Oil for frying
✨1/2 cup caster sugar
✨1 tsp cinnamon powder
✨Kwality Wall’s Gulab Jamun Ice cream dessert

Instructions:

1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Heat until the butter melts. ?
2. Stir in the flour until the dough comes together. Let it cool slightly. ?
3. Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. ?
4. Pipe the dough into disk shapes on parchment paper. ?
5. Refrigerate the churro disks for 30 minutes. ❄️
6. Heat oil in a pan and fry the churro disks until golden and crispy. ?
7. In a bowl, mix caster sugar and cinnamon. Coat the fried churro disks in this mixture. ?
8. To assemble, place one churro disk on a plate, add a scoop of ice cream, and top with another churro disk. ?

Your churro ice cream sandwich is ready to enjoy! ?
