Rajdhani thali restaurant have nailed the whole balanced thali thingie. When I tell you I loved their paneer sabji, trust me while I assure you it was best paneer I tasted. It was so soft and had absorbed all of the masala all too well.

Thalis have been around for ages and it truly is a lost art of sorts. But somehow Rajdhani Thali Restaurant have been able to revive it to some extent. The appetizers on the thali were actually quite yummy, but the main course is what hit it out of the park. They served me this pumpkin chutney which tasted heavenly. I would buy a jar of just that. It went so well with the roti as well as the rice too.
