I recently dined at Cafe Espresso and was delighted to find multiple vegan options on the menu. The Mushroom Duet dish in particular was a standout - bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. I recently tried Smokin' Joe's and their plain cheese pizza was absolutely delicious! The crust was perfectly crispy and the cheese was gooey and flavorful.
