I recently visited Tasty Thali and had a chance to try their Baingan Masala. To my delight, it was absolutely delicious! The eggplant was cooked to perfection and the spices used were just right. The dish was served with a side of fragrant basmati rice, which was a perfect compliment. The cozy ambiance and friendly service made the experience even better.
