I recently dined at Ni Hao at the Radisson Blu Hotel and was pleasantly surprised to find a wide selection of vegan options on the menu. I ordered the Veg Minestrone Soup and it was absolutely delicious - packed with fresh vegetables and bursting with flavor. I recently tried the Minestrone Soup at Spirited Square and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were robust and the soup was loaded with fresh vegetables. The broth was perfectly seasoned and the portion size was generous. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit for their amazing Minestrone Soup alone. But don't stop there, their menu has a great variety of dishes to try. Highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of trying out Villa 167 and their Grilled Cheese Chicken Sandwich was absolutely delicious.
