I recently visited Aww The Cafe Studio and I was pleasantly surprised to find a range of Keto diet options on their menu. I tried their Spicy Corn Lasagne and it was absolutely delicious! I recently had breakfast delivered from Blue Cafe and I must say, their white sauce pasta was excellent! The creamy texture of the sauce paired perfectly with the tender pasta, and the portion size was just right for a filling breakfast. I recently tried the Arrabiata dish at Xero Degrees and it did not disappoint. As someone who prefers spicy food, I was pleased with the level of spice in the dish. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce had a great balance of flavors. I highly recommend trying this dish if you love a little kick in your food.
