The food has a very bad taste and is smelly. Am asking for a refund but no response.

In the thali i didn't get the papad and chivda which was written and was to be delivered. My freind ordered same thali he got it, so it might be possible that it was not put by mistake or the delivery person did something with it. That was my only reason to not give 5 star
