I recently dined at Indigo Delicatessen and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious gluten-free options. Their Baked Mac & Cheese in particular was a standout dish - the cheese was perfectly gooey and the gluten-free bread crumbs added a nice crunch. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I appreciate restaurants that offer tasty alternatives and Indigo Delicatessen definitely delivered. I highly recommend this dish to anyone, whether they have dietary restrictions or not.

I had the baked mac & cheese at Indigo Delicatessen. The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente and the cheesy sauce had the right amount of spice and flavor. The dish was finished off with a spicy topping which really made it stand out. I would definitely recommend this dish if you are looking for something spicy but with great cheesy flavor. Highly recommend!
