I recently tried The Belgian Waffle Co and was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer Paleo diet options. I ordered their Stroopwafel, which came in a serving of two, and was blown away by the taste. As someone who follows the Paleo diet, it can be challenging to find tasty options but the Stroopwafel at The Belgian Waffle Co did not disappoint. The texture and flavor were both on point, satisfying my cravings while still sticking to my dietary preferences
