I recently tried the veg hot and sour soup at Hotel Sea Waves and I have to say, it was really good! The veggies were fresh and the broth had the perfect balance of spicy and sour flavors. Yesterday, I tried the Dahi Papdi Bhel Puri from Bhaiyyaji Bhelpuriwale and it was absolutely delightful! The flavors were just perfect - tangy and spicy, without being overpowering.
