That's why I was delighted to discover Kofuku, a restaurant that not only serves delicious food but also caters to the Keto community. The Shrimp Tempura Roll was a standout dish for me. The Kofuku Special Sushi and Sashimi platter was absolutely delicious! The 25 pieces comprised of a variety of tasty fish options, plus some excellently crafted vegetable rolls. The sashimi was fresh and incredibly flavourful. The taste of each piece was remarkable and we greatly enjoyed the unique combination of flavours.
