I recently visited Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters and was thrilled to find that they offer options for those following a Paleo diet. I ordered their Mocha, which was absolutely delicious. The coffee was smooth and the chocolate was rich without being too sweet. As someone who prefers Paleo diet options, I was pleasantly surprised by how many choices they had available. Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters offers an excellent variety of coffees. The Filter Paper 01 (V60) was very good, producing a flavorful cup of coffee. It was easy to brew, with enough detail for 1 or 2 cups. The quality of the paper was high, as 100 pieces were provided. Highly recommended

As part of our mission to bring high-quality, Indian-grown specialty coffee to the world, we made our way to Japan in 2023. ?

Shreyas, a seasoned roaster from our team, was a critical part of this journey. He took on a variety of roles, from organising local pop-ups and understanding the Japanese palate, to overseeing our roastery in Tochigi.

Recently, we sat down with Shreyas to hear about his experience, and we’re excited to share it with you. In this clip, he takes us through what it was like to introduce Indian specialty coffee to a country that gave the world the Pour Over method! ☕️
