I recently tried Shreemon's sushi and Japanese cuisine and I have to say, I was impressed! The Mochar Ghonto was especially good, with perfectly cooked rice and fresh, flavorful ingredients. I loved how the sushi was presented and the overall dining experience was excellent. I recently tried out Delicacy Of Kolkata and was blown away by their signature dish: 4 Puri With Aloo Dum.
