I recently visited Lotus Blossom and was pleasantly surprised to find many gluten-free options on the menu. I tried the Tofu Satay with Creamy Peanut Sauce and it was absolutely delicious! The dish was gluten-free and had a rich, creamy peanut sauce that was simply divine. I loved how tender and flavorful the tofu was.
