I recently dined at 1441 Pizzeria and had their Tandoori Chicken Pizza. As someone who follows a gluten-free diet, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they offered gluten-free crust options. The pizza itself was delicious, with a generous amount of tandoori chicken topping and a perfectly crispy crust.
