We enjoyed the food and were supposed to leave for Pune immediately after lunch. As I had booked through Magicpin app, I made the bill payment of Rs. 12874/- through Magicpin as they offered me a discount of 500/-. On showing the payment code to the manager, he said that they haven't received any mail from Magicpin regarding the payment. We waited for sometime, but again they said that there is no mail. Now we were restless. Even after showing my payment message they kept denying. They almost coaxed me to believe that Magicpin is a fraud and I have been cheated by them. To avoid further embarrassment and as we had to leave for Pune, my husband made a card payment immediately. The manager promised that if at all they receive the amount from My Magicpin, they would refund my money immediately. Later I co-ordinated with Magicpin and they confirmed that they had paid the amount to Global Fusion and also shared the same payment code I had received. For all the mail correspondence, I had kept Global Fusion also in the loop. On repeated follow up with one Mr. Pawan, I guess he is the manager, he at last confirmed that they have received the amount. But now it is more than 10 days and they have not yet refunded my money. Every time I call them they say that it will be credited to my account in 1 or 2 days. But I have not received any money yet. This unprofessional approach of such a premium brand like Global Fusion is really pathetic. I usually avoid giving negative reviews, but Global Fusion has proved to be an exception. Neither will I ever go there again not will I recommend them to anyone.
