I recently visited Monginis and tried their eggless pineapple pastry, and I must say it was delicious! The pastry was moist and had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess from the pineapple. The best part was that it was eggless, making it a perfect option for vegetarians. I would highly recommend trying this pastry if you're a fan of pineapple desserts.
