I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the product, as it was not fit for consumption. I trusted Magicpin for quality service, but this experience has left me highly dissatisfied. I kindly request the following actions: A full refund for the purchase of the spoiled ice cream. Compensation for the inconvenience caused and the poor quality of service I received. I believe a refund along with a voucher or store credit for future purchases would be a fair resolution.
