I recently dined at New Rajasthan Dairy Farm and was blown away by the delicious Gulab Jamun. As someone who loves spicy food, I was pleasantly surprised by how well the spice was incorporated into the dish. Along with the perfect level of heat, the Gulab Jamun itself was soft, juicy, and bursting with flavor. I recently tried Punjabi Tadka and was blown away by their Punjabi Chole. It was perfectly spiced and had just the right amount of tanginess.
