I recently tried the dahi wada from Aaishappath Hotel, and I was very disappointed. The wada was hard and lacked the softness it should have. The curd didn't taste fresh and was quite watery, which made the dish feel bland. Also, the spices and seasonings seemed off, failing to give the tangy, savory taste that makes dahi wada enjoyable. Overall, it was far from the authentic, flavorful dahi wada I expected. I would not recommend this dish from Aaishappath Hotel."
