60ml of Rum 25ml of simple syrup 10 big mint leaves 2 bar spoons of sugar soda as a top off Lots of ice
Preparation- in a high ball glass add 10 clapped whole mint leaves with two bar spoons of sugar and mix the leaves with the bar spoon then add 4 lime wedges and muddle slightly to get the juice out add the rum and 25ml of sugar syrup add lots of ice stir and top off with soda
