They take a lot of time to redeem the voucher. The entire water park was empty and i was the only person standing in the queue at the ticket counter. They click the picture of all codes and send it to someone to get it redeemed and unless the third person to whom they send the voucher doesn't redeem it successfully they won't let u enter inside the park which wastes a lot of time for everyone who goes through magicpin. I also told the staff that i can redeem the voucher myself also from my magicpin app but they do not trust anyone and they prefer redeeming it manually. They made me and my entire group stand in the queue for more than 30mins due to the dependability on the 3rd person for redeeming the voucher. However please be informed that the price on magicpin is higher than their in-house offer which they provide i.e. 30% off on entry fee of 1350rs which becomes 945rs after 30% discount. Magicpin charges 1013rs and also uses magic coins. Next time i would rather prefer going directly and purchasing tickets directly from the ticket counter instead of suffering inconvenience and waiting for the 3rd person to respond for successful redemption of the voucher. Thanks for the worst experience.
