I recently tried the Manchurian Dry dish at Shinde's Corner and was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was gluten-free! As someone who has to follow a strict gluten-free diet, I am always on the lookout for delicious options. The flavor of the Manchurian was on point and the texture was perfect - not too sticky or greasy. It's great to see a restaurant offering gluten-free options and I highly recommend giving it a try.
