I recently dined at Uncle Jack's and was pleasantly surprised by the number of vegan options on the menu. I tried the Classic Lime dish and it was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced and the presentation was eye-catching. I appreciate the effort put into providing plant-based meals at a non-vegan restaurant. I recently tried the Tandoori Hariyali Soya Chaap at Meal 360 and it was absolutely delicious! The texture of the soya chaap was perfect and the flavor of the tandoori marinade was spot on. The presentation was also impressive, with a generous serving and beautiful plating.
