I recently visited Ashoka Son of Swad and was pleasantly surprised by their Chole Kulche. As a person with gluten-free preferences, I appreciated that they offered a gluten-free option. The meal was delicious and I couldn't even tell it was gluten-free. As someone who shares gluten-free recipes on my blog, I highly recommend this dish.
