I recently visited Maa Anpurna Ki Rasoi, and as a person who follows the Keto diet, I was happy to find a few options on their menu. I decided to try their Pav Bhaji, and to my delight, it was delicious and Keto-friendly! The bhaji was made with fresh veggies and the pav was made with almond flour, making it a healthy and tasty choice. I highly recommend this dish to anyone following the Keto diet.
