I recently dined at Coast Asia and was delighted to find a delicious gluten-free option on the menu. The Boiled Rice with Fish Curry and Disco Tawa Fry was not only gluten-free but also bursting with flavor. The rice was perfectly cooked and the fish curry had just the right amount of spice.
