I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ni-Hao and I must say, their Veg Lemon Coriander Soup was absolutely delicious. The tangy and flavorful broth was the highlight of my meal. The consistency was just perfect, not too thick or thin. It had a good amount of veggies and was seasoned perfectly. I would highly recommend trying this dish if you ever visit Ni-Hao.
