I recently had the pleasure of trying Yemeni Mandhi and was pleasantly surprised by their delicious vegan options. I recently tried Mehrab Mandi Restaurant and I must say, their kunafa was absolutely delicious! The crispy and flaky texture of the pastry, combined with the creamy and sweet cheese filling, was a perfect balance of flavors.
