I recently visited Cafe Royal & Bakers and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of Keto diet options available. As someone who follows the Keto lifestyle, I appreciate when restaurants offer options for my dietary needs. I tried the Veg Sizzler and it was delicious! The veggies were fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the sizzling platter added an extra touch to the presentation. I also loved how the dish was low in carbs and high in healthy fats. I recently visited Mitrah and was pleasantly surprised by their offering of a delicious and healthy White Sauce Veg Pasta. As someone who values nutritious food, I appreciate their effort to provide nourishing options. I often share my food diary on social media, and I must say, this dish definitely made the cut.
