I recently visited Madurai's Hot Fries and was pleasantly surprised by their vegan options. The Chappathi platter, with 2 perfectly cooked pieces, exceeded my expectations. The staff was also very knowledgeable about vegan options and accommodating to dietary restrictions. I highly recommend trying their vegan dishes, especially the Chappathi. The atmosphere was vibrant and the prices were reasonable. Overall, a great dining experience for vegans and non-vegans alike.
