I recently visited La Mesa and was pleased to find that they offer Keto diet options. I tried their Veg Cream of Mushroom Soup and it was delicious! The soup had a creamy texture and was full of flavor without being too heavy. I appreciated the fact that they use fresh ingredients and it fit perfectly into my Keto diet. I highly recommend this option for anyone following the Keto diet. Overall, the restaurant had great options and I will definitely be back to try more dishes.
