I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Big Switch and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their Grilled Fish Lemon Butter Sauce. The fish was cooked to perfection and the lemon butter sauce added just the right amount of tanginess. I also enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant and the friendly service. Overall, I would highly recommend giving this dish a try. The Big Switch definitely knows how to impress with their seafood dishes!
