I recently tried Raj Luxmi Alambagh and was blown away by their Chole Poori with Salad. The flavors were spot on and the portion size was perfect. What really stood out to me was the freshness of the ingredients used in the dish. The chole was perfectly cooked and the poori was light and fluffy. The addition of the side salad added a nice touch of freshness to the meal. I have to say, this is one of the best Chole Poori dishes I
